The mission of Hospice Partners of the Southern California is to provide compassionate end-of-life care, emphasizing life, choice, and dignity in partnership with patients, families and community.

Hospice Partners of Southern California is a private nonprofit located in Santa Monica, California, and serving the Westside of Los Angeles.  We provide terminally ill individuals and their families the highest quality medical, emotional and spiritual support at life's final stages, regardless of ability to pay.

Hospice Partners of Southern California is California licensed and has been recommended to receive our initial Medicare certification and accreditation from the Community Health Accreditation Program (C.H.A.P), and are members of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.
